Hilfe ::where can i register.fr domains ??

Hi
i want to register some .fr domains but i am not a resident of france, neither i have french company.
But i am staying in European union.
I heard some websites allow this by being the contact person on our behalf.
I have found one but its about 59 euros per year.
Eurodns does it but we need to have a french connection for that.
Anyone knows any more information on this one?

while for french nationals 1and1.fr gives for 10 euro?
