Für Deutschland besitze ich die Rechte... ich warte mal wie das Verfahren in den USA ausgeht und entscheide dann wie ich weiter verfahre.  ;D 8)

JUDGE EXPRESSES DOUBT ABOUT SUCCESS OF LINK PATENT CLAIM
ILN reported last week that British Telecom had brought a
lawsuit claiming US patent rights to hyperlink technologies.
The company argued that the patent would require American
Web site owners using hyperlinks to pay a licensing fee.  In
a preliminary hearing yesterday, however, the federal judge
reviewing the case said that BT's claims would be difficult
to prove.  The judge was particularly concerned that the
technology was already out-of-date by the time it was
patented
