Reorganized CD categories

Hi all, for 1 year + I have been waiting for some of my industry friends to help us updating the Consult Domain forum categories.. In short- we are all super busy, of course, and I've had different priorities as well in my life

So, asked chatgpt some help and trimmed the categories down to 3x4 structure = 3 main forum categories, with 4 sub-categories each.

What do you think? .. the simplier the better?
