Ist dieser Mindestpreis am Markt überhaupt erzielbar?. Nein, bei 99 % der registrierten Domains nicht ! Warum? Weil die Nachfrage rückläufig ist und weit unter 1 % im Verhältnis zu allen am Markt angebotenen Domains liegt !</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Die Nachfrage ist vielleicht rückläufig, oder es weichen viele Endkunden auf günstigere Alternativen (ngtlds) aus, weil die .com oder .de einfach zu teuer angeboten wird.<br /> Aber andererseits wurden in der vorletzten Woche allein über Sedo 16 .de Domains verkauft. 10 davon über 1000 Euro. <br /> <br /> Ich habe mal den Juni 2014 mit dem Juni 2015 verglichen.<br /> Natürlich weiss ich dass Sedo nicht das Mass aller Dinge ist. Trotzdem ist es der grösste Europäische Marktplatz und sagt schon etwas über den Markt aus. Also:<br /> <br /> Juni 2014: 54 .de-Domains, Total 5.3 Millionen (alle Domains) Umsatz<br /> Juni 2015: 63 .de-Domains, Total 5.8 Millionen (alle Domains) Umsatz<br /> <br /> Also rückläufig sieht für mich anders aus..<br /> edit: ok im Vergleich zu vor 5-10 Jahren vielleicht schon, da fehlt mir der Vergleich.</div>

Durch solche Überlegungen zeigen sich Domainer im- mer wieder entrüstet und beschwören .com. Uns scheint das je- doch kurzsichtig.<br /> <br /> Frank Schilling, Domain-Investor und Inhaber von unter ande- rem Uniregistry, einer der großen nTLD-Registries, hat einen Artikel kommentiert, in dem Michael Berkens über die hohe An- zahl von 5.500 Bewerbungen bei .bank berichtet. Der Vergabe von .bank-Domains geht eine Prüfung voraus, ob der künftige Inhaber als Bank qualifiziert ist, weshalb man sich in einem ersten Schritt nur um eine .bank-Domain bewerben kann. Schil- ling kommentierte, dass seiner Meinung nach .com weiterhin die meisten Domain-Registrierungen auf sich ziehen werde, al- lerdings viele rentable alternative Top Level Domains über kurz oder lang die Marktbedeutung von .com marginalisieren würden. Schilling, der selbst Inhaber sehr vieler .com-Do- mains ist und mit diesen handelt, erklärt weiter, mit inzwi- schen tausend neuen Domain-Endungen auf dem Markt glaube er nicht mehr daran, dass .com die &quot;eine&quot; rentable Endung ist, sondern er spüre das Potenzial für einen Riss im Weiterver- kaufwert von .com-Domains in den kommenden Jahren. Michael Berkens, ebenfalls Domain-Investor und an nTLD-Unternehmen beteiligt, selbst geht darauf ein und stellt seine Meinung dar. Danach würden Ultra-Premium-.com-Domains wie bike.com, hotel.com und cars.com weiter im Wert steigen, doch weniger gute Domains werden den Preisdruck spüren, jetzt wo Konsu- menten eine größere Auswahl haben. Genauso werden Domains wie wine.club und payday.loans, ähnlich wie meet.me, beson- ders hohe Preise erzielen, die etwa ein Zehntel des Preises der entsprechenden .com-Domain betragen werden.<br /> <br /> Diese Einschätzungen stoßen auf deutlichen Widerstand bei anderen Domainern. In den Kommentaren zu dem Artikel von Berkens kapriziert man sich gerne darauf, dass Schilling ein begnadeter Verkäufer ist und als jemand, der im nTLD- Geschäft mitmischt, diese Domains anderen schmackhaft ma- chen möchte. Hätte er hingegen keine nTLD-Geschäfte, wür- de er das Gegenteil predigen. Mit diesen Argumenten gegen die Person tun sie die nTLDs ab und halten an .com-Domains fest. Aber es gibt auch durchaus reflektiertere Einwürfe:<br /> Warum sollte sich mit den neuen Endungen etwas ändern, wo es doch bereits seit Jahren Alternativen zu .com gibt, die sich keineswegs signifikant auf die .com-Preise ausgewirkt haben, wie etwa .biz, .info, .me oder .co. Vielmehr werden die neuen Endungen, wie schon die früher eingeführten oder neu gestarteten Endungen, lediglich ein Nischendasein füh- ren, da sie lediglich auf eine Nische verweisen: .com ist das allgemeine Symbol für Geschäfte und wird als solches verstanden und im Internet gesucht. Weiter wirke das Para- doxon der Wahl: zuviel Auswahl führt dazu, dass man am Alt- hergebrachten festhält - also an .com. Die neuen Endungen bieten Potential für kurze Werbekampagnen, aber .com ist die Wahl für das eigentliche Geschäft. Zudem sehe zum Bei- spiel skin.care gar nicht nach einer URL aus, skincare.net hingegen schon. Ferner erhebt sich auch eine Stimme, die als eigentlichen Feind von .com Apps und Spracheingabe<br /> sieht: niemand werde mehr tippen, und die Konsumenten wür- den sich die gewünschten Informationen über mobile Apps besorgen. Schließlich melden sich auch Realisten zu Wort:<br /> David teilt mit, er habe lange mit einer Bank verhandelt, die gerne seine Akronym-Domain von ihm kaufen wollte, die genau ihrem Akronym entsprach. Doch der Preis der .com-Do- main im unteren fünfstelligen Dollarbereich war ihr zu hoch, so dass sie sich für eine entsprechende .bank-Domain entschied, deren Registrierung mit lediglich US$ 1.000,- zu Buche schlägt.<br /> <br /> Die immer gleichen Argumente werden seit Jahren zwischen Domainern ausgetauscht. Richtig ist: .com-Domains sind die am teuersten gehandelten Domains. Und die Ultra-Premium- .com-Domains werden höchstwahrscheinlich über Jahre noch wertvoller werden. Aber ganz sicher werden auch die neuen Endungen Fuß fassen und ihren Markt finden, am liebsten beim Endkunden, der sein Geschäft zielgerichtet, ob geo- graphisch oder branchenspezifisch, aufbaut. Wenn dieses Feld für Domainer weniger interessant ist, macht es das für den Normalnutzer interessanter. Er wird nicht so oft mit Parking-Seiten konfrontiert. Für Koeln-Domains mit den Keys Journal, Cooking, Green und Community und für oeko**club habe ich im Direktmarketing schon Angebote im oberen XXX-Bereich erhalten. Nur mal schätzungsweise. Ich hatte mich am Anfang gescheut die neuen zu reg., allerdings ranken meine 2 NTLD-Projekte genauso gut - also warum nicht.<br /> <br /> Einzige was sicher irgendwann zu Problemen führen wird, ist die Unübersichtlichkeit. Da hat Du dann irgendwann mal 10 verschiedene Endungen auf der Suma, was für den Normalbürger sicher verschreckend wirken könnte. Ist aber nur eine persönliche Mutmaßung.</div>
